Financing Your Business Purchase or Startup
We offer traditional business opportunity loans through our network of lenders
and capital funding through our investment partners.

Startup Funding

If you require funding for your startup and can't get traditional funding or need an
amount larger than a commercial bank will lend then we can assist you in locating
the amount you need for your business.  We require a copy of your executive
summary or business plan before we can help in the search.   Our network of
investors includes angels and private investors with $100,000 to $10,000,000 to
invest in dynamic companies.

Traditional Business Opportunity Loans

100% Financing is available for professionals that qualify for buying businesses
that fall within their field of expertise.  These loans can close within a month of
application and have terms of 5 to 10 years.

Government Insured SBA  (Small Business Administration) Loans
SBA Loan Guidelines:

1.  Loans can close in 2 months if the borrower fills out and returns all documents
promptly.
2.  Lenders are willing to lend based on the ability to repay a loan.  This allows
borrowers to finance the entire purchase with as little as 10% down if the business
and borrower qualifies.
3.  Borrower may need to collateralize physical assets to cover the amount that is
borrowed for the business loan.
4.  Borrower's experience in industry is important.  In the absence of experience,
the seller and borrower need to put together a transition plan to ensure the
business transfers smoothly.
5.  Debt service ratio is important.  Need at least 1.25 ratio or more of cash flow to
debt service of business loans.
6. Personal debt service is taken into account and counted at a 2X rate.
7. In addition to SBA forms, the borrower needs 3 years tax returns,  current P&L
and current balance sheets.
8. Working capital is not factored in to the loan application.
