Versant Business Team, Inc.
was formed to serve the needs of entrepreneurs
and small business owners.  Our experience has shown that this group of people
is significantly under served by the choices available in the marketplace.   Versant
Business Team offers a range of services for the business and commercial
community including business opportunity brokering, mergers & acquisitions,
commercial real estate brokering and financing for all aspects of business
continuity.  The company is headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley in San
Jose, California but serves clients throughout the great golden state and beyond.  






Chuck W. Mondavé

Mr. Mondavé specializes in business valuations, structuring term sheets &
purchase agreements, business brokering and financing of businesses.  He has a
broad background in real estate, finance, engineering, operations and business
development.  He was matriculated with an MBA at Santa Clara University while
focusing on business finance and marketing.  While there he lead a team of
students that earned the Belotti Award for best team project in analyzing corporate
failure of publicly traded companies.  Mr. Mondavé worked in the semiconductor
and technology field prior to using his business development skills in the areas of
investment, real estate and business opportunity sales.  He participated in two
IPOs earlier in his career and helped other businesses grow from a start-up phase.

Robert E. Septak

Executive Director, United Business Brokers of America, Inc. , MBA,

Bob’s background is as a controller for a number of small to large companies over
the past 20 years, in both the service and manufacturing sectors.  He has been
involved with various mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, which
included his oversight of Orion Power Midwest’s $1.7 billion acquisition of
Duquesne Lights power Plants in April 2000. Bob is the Executive Director of
United Business Brokers of America, Inc. where he specializes in Business
Valuations and Business Brokering of Dental Practices. Bob is also an accredited
appraiser (AIBA) by the Institute of Business Appraisers.



Jonathan C. Kratsas

Managing Partner, United Business Brokers of America, Inc., CPA, CIA, CISA

Jon has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1986 and has 20 years of
experience (Including “Big 4” experience) providing consulting, audit, and tax, for
small, medium and large companies, nonprofits and governmental organizations.
Services Jon provided for clients include Dental Practice Consulting, External and
Internal Audit, Tax Planning & Compliance, Risk Management, Forensic
Accounting, Business Process Improvement, Profitability Enhancement, Due
Diligence and Wealth Management. Jon is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has a master’s degree in
taxation. Jon uses his experience to help his clients achieve their goals. “Our goal
is to help you achieve your goals through business process improvement, tax
mitigation and financial planning.”


Terry A. Yimin

Principal, Terry A. Yimin, LLC

Terry is a licensed real estate professional in several states and currently holds a
Florida real estate brokers license.  Terry has been involved in the real estate
industry - development, commercial, industrial and residential - since 1990.  
During her tenure at The Sembler Company located in Florida, Terry was
promoted up the ranks to vice president and given responsibility to manage
several large scale projects at the company.  In 1996, her entrepreneurial spirit
led her to start a development and real estate venture which, through its success,
increased her professionalism and judgment and brought her high recognition and
trust in the industry.


Roberta G. Mondave

Inside Sales - Versant Business Team, Inc., CITRMS

Roberta manages customer service and inside sales at Versant Business Team.    
She brings with her over 25 years of experience in high profile positions managing
groups, influencing executives and exceeding client expectations.  In addition, as a
representative of
PrePaid Legal Services she is able to offer legal services for
clients who need an attorney to represent their interests.
