Flexibility.  Agents are permitted to work their own schedule part-time or full-time
to meet family and personal needs.  You can work from the convenience of your
home if you prefer.

No monthly fees.  The company will pay all advertising costs to post listings,
E&O insurance costs and company overhead costs.  The agent is only
responsible for their direct telephone, computer and transportation costs.  Of
course these are independent contractor positions so you are responsible for
your own medical and dental coverage.

Training:  Agent training is provided free of charge as we encourage self-
development and professional growth.  This presents a win-win situation as a
stronger agent makes for a better equipped team.

Infrastructure:  We have spent many years putting together the processes and
proprietary documentation to manage the process of selling a variety of business
types.  These include exclusive/nonexclusive listing agreements, confidentiality
agreements, standardized purchase agreements, broker co-op agreements, lease
agreements, prospectuses, escrow checklists and business sale worksheets.

Financing:  We have established a network of lenders that we contact on a
regular basis for the sales of businesses using 7A and 504 loans.

Nationwide Reach:  We have a nationwide network of brokers we cooperate with
in order to close transactions in other states.  This ensures we can assist clients
in managing the sale or purchase of a business or real estate regardless of state
boundaries.


Openings for Employment

Business Development:

Candidate needed to grow revenues of company by identifying target markets in
California for expansion.  The manager will contact business owners,
entrepreneurs and investors to identify prospective buyers and sellers within the
target market.  Earnings potential is unlimited and candidate will work as a 1099
contractor while being responsible for his own expenses. The manager will be paid
a percentage of all closed deals that he/she initiates.

The manager will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, convincing
clients to sign a listing agreement, locating appropriate, qualified buyers for the
sales listings, managing the details of each transaction, managing the
expectations of buyers and sellers and ensuring each deal closes escrow in a
satisfactory manner.

All training will be provided by the company free of charge.

Dental Business Associate:

We are looking for a retired general practitioner dentist interested in joining our
successful team.  The position is for a business development executive in the Bay
Area.  The role we are trying to fill requires only a part-time commitment that can
be performed from the comfort of one’s own home.  The ideal candidate will be
able to leverage his or her network of connections with other dentists in order to
grow company revenue.

Legal Business Associate:

We are looking for attorneys with experience in small business acquisitions and
mergers licensed in the state of California.  The preferred partner will have a back
ground in corporate and person taxes.

Accounting Business Associate:

We are looking for accountants and CPAs with experience in small business
acquisitions and mergers in the state of California.  The preferred partner will
have a back ground in working with dental corporations and practitioners.
